(SL) Deliver capability for mobile optimised journeys

  1. We’ve proven through previous testing that a different journey for mobile can yield better results, for example not skipping order summary on mobile
  2. Mobile share is only ever increasing (new records set in October: 79% share of upgrades and 40% of prospect orders) and so we need the best possible sales experience on mobile to stop people calling
  3. Enables us to start to develop mobile-specific features that support cross-RTM sales – eg special functionality to be used in retail kiosks
