(SL) Redeveloping a properly responsive product selection to have a stepped approach with clearer, more personalised targeted upsells

  2. Should help with increasing conversion rate for DTH overall by making the purchase journey smoother and by reducing the options in each step
  3. Should help to increase product sales/attachment, as the right product will be put in front of customers at the right time
    1. This will be the biggest element in helping us get to 45% paid Talk attachment and hitting the £300m revenue target because Talk will be a conscious choice for every user who buys BB or Fibre
    2. The AR has dropped on mobile considerably since we moved to Vanquish responsive and lost our triple play bundles page because the link to add BB to a TV journey is even more subtle on mobile than it is on desktop and mobile!
  4. By simplifying and stepping the decision journey, we have already achieved a 45% incremental sales rate in the help me choose tool. Using a similar format for all prospects should allow us to achieve a similar uplift
