(HN) Update Evo to reflect Shop as much as possible

  1. Continue the premium look for a smoother transition from product selection through to confirmation
  2. Create opportunities within more of the customer journey to increase sales/attachment

Give more flexibility to update basket without heading back to the start

    Set to "future consideration" because we are going to look at Targeted Upsells (UPGRADES-35) which may allow us to move away from Evo. Depending on that feature we may come back to redesign Evo or build new features to replace it.
