(SL) Find a way to improve identification of existing customers on Shop

  1. Because we know from Sessioncam that a large number of ECs identify themselves as prospects and try to take new customer offers
  2. We also know that ECs who see prospect offers and messaging are understandably annoyed that they’re paying more – feedback from web chat, Direct, user research, EDR surveys
  3. Having multiple messaging and pricing on a page – eg BBUL page is confusing to all types of customer
  4. It would enable us to personalise every user’s onsite journey, at least at a basic level
